Ideology
Project Summary:
We were approached by Ideology to work with them to
help one of their clients redesign their brand. We instantly
realized the client needed to overhaul their services,
and to totally change the way they did business. Ideology
liked our work so much, they hired us to evaluate their
business, and make recommendations on how they could
better serve their clients.
Ideology completely overhauled their business, from
setting new timeframes and delivery methods, to physically
changing locations to one that was more conducive to

Worldwide
Project Summary:
Arnold asked us to work with them in helping direct
their interactive efforts with their big clients. This
included a redesign of the Royal Caribbean web site,
creating a new interactive strategy for Volkswagen,
creating a better working partnership with Southern
Comfort, and in helping Arnold build a better internal
technological and interactive environment.
All of these tasks were completed, and Arnold was able
to offer better interactive solutions, and present itself
as having an emerging interactive presence in the agency
world.

Give
Us Your Poor
Project Summary:
The people at Give Us Your Poor wanted us to help them
set up a fundraising strategy to gather the necessary
resources to make a feature-length film on homelessness.
With many nationally-renowned partners and advisors,
we knew this would be a slam dunk operation.
Upon reviewing their operations during our
free First Glance service, however, we realized
their project would have a hard time succeeding if key
operational and strategic changes were not made. Our
19-page recommendation emphasized the need to change
the brand, business strategy, and goal of the non-profit
profit, and we listed ways we considered better for
the health of the organization.
Give Us Your Poor continues to work with us to help
them reach their goal of releasing a movie on homelessness
in the United States, and would be happy to tell you

Doctor's Candylicious Elixers
Project Summary:
We were brought in by the senior staff to evaluate their
marketing, marketing plan, business strategy, and operations
decisions. After studying their entire company, we made
recommendations that included a change in their product
formulation, bottling partnerships, brand, brand planning,
marketing strategy, and business organization.
Frau Doctor is getting ready to release their new look
and feel in June, 2004 on the west coast, and in a limited
east coast release in October, 2004.
